the world looks perfect and everything feels so fine when love was like a burning fire

the bodies were apart yet it felt so real, the souls must have been together...

if only love can be locked and kept in the heart, seal it with a kiss as if it would last forever and always

sadly it wasn't eternal, or if we're just not meant to be

for it is now the idea of 'eternal' can only be describing my memory...

Move on...

sometimes i wish i am like a wood trunk - you do nothing and feel nothing, just stand on the soil and witness people walk on by, and they leave without a trace, never linger on the past once beautifully blossomed like a fire red rose.

too bad i am human, a living being with flesh and a heart, who can never hide away from what i see and how i feel... and the sadness of letting go and the acceptance of the reality

reality is a pain, yet acceptance is the key to freedom, a freedom you never get until you learnt to let go...

people come and go and how sad you won't even notice when and how they walk out of your life.

A world of Love

14th Feb 2010 is a very special occasion - it is Valentine's Day and as well the beginning of the year of Tiger on Chinese calender. So how did you spend the day? Be with your significant other or your beloved family? No matter which one you pick, I am quite sure we all spent the day with LOVE.

These is something I learnt from church on Sunday morning - nothing really matter if there isn't love. You may say - there aren't love for me as I'm S-I-N-G-L-E. Let me proof you wrong! Do you give up on work or do you stop celebrating your birthday just because you're single? There is always this courage for us to hang on during the difficult times and always reason for us to celebrate during festive seasons.. There's always 'SOMETHING' to keep the ball rolling. Be it your passion on your job or be it the happy memories you share with friends and family - they are all the L word.

I have mixed feelings for valentine's day at some point cause it's happy to see couples holding hands on the street but I engrave no name on my heart. And it's even more frustrating when there isn't even anyone I have a crush on. I could have yelled and moan for hours about how miserably lonely I am, yet, instead of putting on a crying face, I manage to make chocolate for my friends - just to spread to love.

If you're not a fan of kitchen work, try spend it with your family. Try not to picture it like Bidget Jones' lonely night - there's nothing to be shamed of staying in a have a cosy evening watching your favourite movie with them!

So how did I spend the day? I did a bit of both on the above! I had a wonderful lunch with family then a night out with my close friends - yes, a group of 'lonely hearts'. Yet, we weren't THAT lonely because we have each others stuck around... we held our cocktail glasses, held our head high and laughed. Yes, we are all happily in love.

Afterall, it's better to celebrate the day with a large bunch than with just ONE.

grand opening

2 days till CNY - think it'd be a great start for big plans.

I have always been meaning to become a blogger, until I when wanted to give a friend's blog on Visual Merchandising 30 mins ago, I found out my blogger account I registerted back in 2005! What worse is - I forgot the e-mail and password I registered with! Lovely.

Anyways, not really mind using another name for the blog, here's gonna be a fresh space for me to express my views on... life, fashion, food, movies... everything basically.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you'll become a frequent reader!

Enjoy!
